Tattersall Freewheeler Pommeau is an aperitif liqueur made from brandy distilled from Sociable Cider Werks Freewheeler Dry Apple made from Honeycrisp, Sweet Tango, Harrelson apples grown in Minnesota. The brandy is then blended with its cider base and rested on four different types of wood.

Tasting notes

Bright, slightly sweet, and true to the Minnesota apples it’s made from. Light acidity and naturally tart with soft oak flavors.

Uses

Try it in variants of the Collins, French 75, Gimlet, Mule, Hot Toddy, Improved Gold Rush, Daquiri, and Bee’s Knees.
