PUPPIES ON THE PATIO?! Say less. Come play with adoptable pups from our friends at Coco’s Heart and have a cocktail or two if your heart isn’t already exploding with joy from all the puppy love.

Join us for a fun, informative and hands-on workshop where you’ll craft your very own epoxy river charcuterie board or lazy susan!

Our boards feature premium black walnut and other fine hardwoods, accented with epoxy in colors of your choice. You can select up to two epoxy colors when you arrive.

Join us for a hands-on class exploring herbal tea (tisanes) in cocktails and the art of blending.

A Tattersall expert will guide you through featured cocktails, cold-brewed teas, and flavor exploration before you create, label, and take home your own custom blend. Each custom blend yields approximately six servings.

Class Includes:

– Two seasonal cocktails featuring herbal tea
– A cold-brewed tea flight to help you identify flavor profiles you enjoy
– Hands-on blending time to craft your own custom tea blend
– Labeling and sealing your blend to take home
– Light hors d’oeuvres to complement your experience

Tattersall Cocktail Academy is like a live cooking show, but with drinks instead. Our friendly bartenders will guide you through how each drink is made and give you tips to make your own at home.

• Recipe booklet to take notes and make the drinks when you get home

Blend Your Own Custom Rye Whiskey led by a Tattersall expert.

Join us in River Falls to sample four different single barrels of Tattersall Rye Whiskey and then create your custom blend — based on your unique tastes.

Your one-hour blending experience Includes:
• Whiskey production tour.
• Sample four single barrels of Tattersall Rye Whiskey in our intimate barrel room, with notecards to record your tasting notes and preferences.
• Guidance and tips to help decide how you want to create your blend.
• Opportunity to label and seal your bottle.
• Dessert whiskey shot to celebrate your selection.

Cost:
$73 per person, including your own bottle
Plus, add on additional guests for $23 to enjoy the experience with you.

Additional bottles can be purchased during the experience for $50 each.

The two accomplished artists will share the stage in a songwriter’s roundtable format giving you a look inside the process of making the music!
