This is our Blackstrap Rum—distilled from fermented blackstrap and fancy pearl molasses—and then aged in our fresh whiskey barrels. The barrels mellow and round out the bold molasses flavors, yielding a rum perfect for sipping or mixing. Full-flavored, unsweetened, and no gimmicks.
Tasting notes
Toffee aromas with flavors of caramel, vanilla, and cream. Mellow but deep notes of smoky molasses and tobacco.
Uses
Try it in an Old Fashioned, Hot Buttered Rum, or in your favorite tiki drinks. Also great with chocolate, coffee, and cream.
