This is our Blackstrap Rum—distilled from fermented blackstrap and fancy pearl molasses—and then aged in our fresh whiskey barrels. The barrels mellow and round out the bold molasses flavors, yielding a rum perfect for sipping or mixing. Full-flavored, unsweetened, and no gimmicks.
