MN’s first bottled-in-bond High-Rye Bourbon
We maxed out the rye in this mash bill, giving Minnesota’s first bonded high-rye bourbon an incredible backbone and yielding a less sweet spirit. Made from Minnesota grains, distilled in our NE Minneapolis distillery, and aged for over four years in Minnesota white oak barrels, the result is a robust sipper.
Hearty notes of maple on the nose, the palate starts dry with notes of black pepper, graham cracker, and dried fruit.
Try it neat, over ice or with a splash of water — this bourbon is meant to be savored.
