Aquavit Smash

Shake & Strain into Lowball glass filled with ice.
Top with your favorite Soda!

1 oz. Tattersall Aquavit
½ oz. Tattersall Crème de Fleur
½ oz. Liber & Co Raspberry Syrup
¼ oz. Lemon Juice

Blue Crush

Shake & strain into Lowball filled with ice.
Top with Soda

¾ oz Tattersall Gin
¾ oz Tattersall Blueberry
¾ oz Tattersall Crème de Fleur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Barrel aged Honey Simple Syrup

Combine in a shaker with ice, strain into a Coupe and enjoy.

Espresso Martini

1 ounce espresso (single shot) or 2 ounces cold brew coffee
1 ½ ounces Tattersall vodka
½ ounce sweet vermouth
½ ounce simple syrup
2-3 spritzes Tattersall absinthe
Microplaned coffee beans, for garnish

Shake first four ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Finish with 2 to 3 spritzes of absinthe and garnish with grated coffee beans.

Nordic Negroni

Stir all ingredients together, pour in a rocks glass w/ ice.
Garnish with an orange rip.

1 oz. Tattersall Aquavit
1 oz. Tattersall Bitter Orange
1 oz. Tattersall Americano

Northside

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake, double strain into a coup glass, and garnish with a mint leaf.

2 ½ oz. Tattersall Aquavit
¾ oz. Lime Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
8 Mint Leaves
4 dashes Habanero Bitters

Salty Dog Mule

Garnish with a lime wedge

In a Collins glass, add:
1 oz. Tattersall Gin
1 oz. Tattersall Salty Dog
¼ oz. Lime Juice
Add ice and top with:
4 oz. Ginger Beer

Salty Dog Spritzer

Garnish with expressed Lemon Peel and Enjoy!

1 ½ oz. Tattersall Salty Dog
1 ½ oz. Prosecco
1 ½ oz. Soda Water

Salty Screwdriver

Combine in a Collins glass full of ice. Garnish with an orange wheel.

1 ½ oz. Tattersall Salty Dog
4 oz. Orange Juice

Scotch Violet

Shake & strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon rip.

1.5 oz Tattersall Rye Whiskey
¾ oz Tattersall Crème de Fleur
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Barrel Aged Honey

Staycation

Shake & strain into Lowball filled with ice. Top with Soda water.

1 oz Tattersall Aquavit
1/2 oz Tattersall Crème de Fleur
1/4 oz Lime Juice
1/4 oz Liber & Co Passionfruit

Stir in a rocks glass, add one large block of ice (or 4-5 cubes if not available), garnish with a brandied cherry on a skewer and enjoy.
