Refined but raw, Tattersall Blackstrap Rum is an unaged, unsweetened, and full-flavored rum crafted from 100% cane molasses. This raw distillate lends an almost smoky flavor evocative of burnt vanilla with a grassy backbone reminiscent of Agricole.

Rich and smoky vanilla flavors with hints of tobacco and cream and no sugary sweetness. Light grassiness on the nose and finish.

Uses

Try it in a Daiquiri, Jungle Bird, Mai Tai, with coffee or dessert cocktails. Blends well with fruit, floral, and bitter flavors.
